AI Transformation Leader with 10+ years of experience turning AI strategy into systems people actually use. I lead the Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation program for Snapchat and TikTok’s global sales and marketing teams across North America, Europe, and MENA, and I ship the work as well as the strategy.
Day-to-day, that means taking a messy business problem, turning it into an AI system, owning the roadmap and the budget, then doing the unglamorous part: getting people to actually use it.
I’m hands-on. I build and ship custom AI agents on Claude Code and the Agent SDK, give each one its own skills, and wire them into live production systems through MCP. I prototype voice and conversational AI agents while running local LLMs for rapid, private experimentation before production deployment.
Over the past decade, I’ve led global teams, run a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program, and managed a $2M+ AI portfolio. I judge all of it the same way: did people adopt it, and did it move the business?
